This is a great store with knowledgeable employees. I get all my work shoes/ boots and all shoes for my son who has wide feet and has a hard time picking shoes. I would highly recommend getting your next shoes from Birkenstock midtown.

Didn't know I couldn't return a pair of sandals that were bought at the store in Los Angeles, didn't know this store is family own. Actually can't return to just any store because they are privately own

I've been to Birkenstock in Midtown twice and both experiences were great. The customer service is 5/5 stars. Last time I was there, Phoebe was exceptional.
