“I have been using my Coker Custom Cue since 2009. Back in 2011 or 12 I had contacted Mr. Coker to get some refurbishment and new shafts on my cue. Tom (as he recommended me to call him) was more than excited to hear from someone who was on the other side of the country (formerly in NJ) using one of his cues! After quite sometime just chit chatting Tom gave me some suggestion on ways he could maintenance he cue and what type of shafts he had available. After a great discussion I sent out my cue and received several calls on options for his repairs. Tom Coker is a wonderful cuemaker and even more a wonderful man. I'm very pleased with our interaction and hope all is well with that man.”

When I finally found the shoes I wanted, he had no problem lacing them up for me so I could wear them to the gym right after leaving. That was going above and beyond. And honestly, I don't know the lacing style of the young people so it was very helpful!! . “Walked in an hour before closing without a reservation. Was told it would be about a 25 min wait for wanting help from an employee. I didn’t mind the wait and it was worth it. They have a tv screen that plays a slideshow and also shows your place in line. When it was my time, a worker named Brandon came up to me and asked what I needed. I let him know and he guided me to the process of scanning my feet. It was a quick process that I could just keep my socks on. After explaining to me the 3D scan of my feet, he gave me the three best shoe options I could ask for without having to look for myself. He let me try on all three and was extremely knowledgeable on all the shoes. Because of Brandon I ended up getting one and will gladly go back for another. If you’re unsure of what kind of shoes you need or are overwhelmed by all the shoe options out there go to Fleet Feet and be sure to ask for Brandon!”
