About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is a business that offers a variety of vehicles for rent, with generally positive experiences from customers. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful attitude of staff members, such as one who upgraded a vehicle for a special occasion, making the trip memorable. The rental process is often described as quick and easy, especially during pick-up and drop-off. Pricing is considered competitive, and the fleet includes vehicles like SUVs, hybrids, and electric cars, providing options for different needs.
However, some customers have encountered issues. There have been instances where the reserved vehicle type was not available, leading to upgrades or adjustments. Some cars arrived with scratches, dents, or cleanliness issues, requiring cleaning or seat adjustments. Service lines can be busy, with long wait times at the counter, especially during peak hours. One customer noted a lack of clear instructions for charging an electric vehicle, but still enjoyed the vehicle's performance and the low cost of charging.
Many customers are satisfied with their overall experience, citing quick transactions and good vehicle performance, especially with electric and hybrid models. Despite occasional delays and vehicle issues, Budget Car Rental remains a popular choice for those seeking affordable and convenient car rentals.

I got a free upgrade. The Mazda CX-50 was nice and clean. They have a drop box for after hours on the small building to the left.

Customer service over the phone was very poor. AI was hard to navigate past and then when I was transferred to a representative, it was the incorrect person multiple times that could not help me get my reservation modified.

Super easy to get in and out. I found it easier than the places in town. Drop off was super simple. In and out and you are on your way. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
