Had a terrible experience at the other chase in natomas. Came here right after, had a completely different experience. The security guard was very polite and helpful and I got great service by the guy who greeted me. This is a great branch. Def going to come here vs the other one.

They have the after hours atm that you access with your card but this location I’ve not been able to access in some time. The other ones I had to drive to get to after finding this inaccessible were good though. If you can only get to the stm in certain hours maybe you should post it
