The switch died on us and we didnt have a hot spare on the shelf so we reached out to Brightstar to see if they had the same model in stock with the right licences. Not only did they have it in stock with the right licences but they covered the cost of replacing and shipping us a new one under warranty as we were within 1 year. The switch arrived quickly and we were able to swap it out and restore services. Highly recommend Brightstar as they have blown us away with Great customer service, and good prices and stock.”

But from the very first moment, DeAnthony was incredibly friendly and reassuring. He smiled the whole time, listened carefully, and told me there was nothing to worry about.
I explained that I’ve owned several Apple Watch models before and always swam with them. He confirmed that it was completely fine and that the watches are designed for that, which immediately made me feel better.
He took my watch in for diagnostics and explained that the technicians would check everything, and that I might even receive a replacement if necessary. Throughout the entire conversation he was positive, polite, and very professional.
