“I came in with my Apple Watch Ultra 2, which had stopped working after swimming. I was honestly worried that someone might tell me it was my fault or that I shouldn’t have been swimming with them. But from the very first moment, DeAnthony was incredibly friendly and reassuring. He smiled the whole time, listened carefully, and told me there was nothing to worry about.
I explained that I’ve owned several Apple Watch models before and always swam with them. He confirmed that it was completely fine and that the watches are designed for that, which immediately made me feel better.
He took my watch in for diagnostics and explained that the technicians would check everything, and that I might even receive a replacement if necessary. Throughout the entire conversation he was positive, polite, and very professional.
