“This specific branch has always been so helpful! Very little wait times - almost always. And they resolve issues (if any) very quickly! Extremely kind employees and I am so happy I decided to open a bank account and with them. 10/10! There are a few ladies in particular who have helped me and been very kind and we’re willing to listen to me (even personal matters) And showed great Customer Service! I will be making another post once I get their names of these ladies in particular, as I lost a little sticky note that I had with their names on it. You guys are the best! I personally recommend going through safe credit union or opening an account with them!. Best bank hands down. They are there for you and have the best benefits!”

“Fast and friendly! Zero complaints for this credit union. I signed up about a year ago, and I go in every two weeks or so. They are closed on weekends, which is a bit of a bummer, but that's pretty normal for a bank. Tellers need weekends, too! There are three regular tellers at the desk and I've conversed with them all. Each is proficient and courteous.”

“Two forgery attempts were made on my Golden One checking account. I discovered that the new check books I had ordered several weeks before had apparently been stolen either from my mail box or the post office. When I reported the forgeries, Golden One representative, Zer Thao, efficiently and effectively dealt with the forgeries, arranging for the prompt return of my stolen cash and the opening of a new account. Three cheers for Zer and Golden One!”

“This credit union (branch) deserves zero stars, but one (01) brave employee by the name of Paul, saved the day. Paul was able to find a simple solution to a somewhat intricate problem. I came to pay off a car loan, but the credit union refused to cash or deposit my cashier's check from another co-op credit union. Needless to say, we were in a precarious situation as I was several states away from my bank. Paul, gave us several options and ultimately we came to a successful solution. As a retired corporate leader, I know that businesses hire individuals to create, find, resolve issues and problems. Paul did this. Without going into more details, we resolved this very sticky situation and we received our car. I hope this credit union understands how valuable Paul is to your organization. He deserves a raise or a promotion. I would only caution you to train or retrain your clerks on customer service and problem solving skills. Hospitality is sorely lacking. A bottled water or a cup of coffee would have been a nice gesture. Good luck Paul, and thank you for your invaluable service. YOU EARNED THE STARS today.”
