“I have been banking at SCU for about 15 years now. I've never had an issue & even when I had...it came down to user error and they were more than happy to assist and give me the tools I need to not have the same issue again. Their customer service is wonderful and you always feel like you're talking to a human and not a computer. I love their attention to detail such as the updated photos on the mobile app or holiday decorations and themes. One of my favorite things is how quickly they process direct deposits so I have my money accessible right away. Even when my company pays me (on the 15th & last day of the month) I always get paid a day earlier than everyone else. I most often visit the Arden branch and always have a easy & quick visit. Overall, I find SCU very trustworthy and I look forward to their continued support for my financial wellbeing. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I LOVE this credit union as a whole. I've never been to this location. I've been a member of Golden One, Arrowhead, and California Coast. SchoolsFirst has been the best one. I've been a member since 2008, joining in SoCal. They do not charge overdraft fees, they have amazing customer service online, on the phone, and in person. I have received signature loans, car loans, and am going to get auto and home insurance next. They have a high interest Summer Saver savings account for teachers, and I love the lack of fees. Both my children have accounts with them and have gotten their car loans through them as well. I cannot say enough good things about this credit union. It's the best one in SoCal, and with ATMs at SaveMarts and branches in Sacramento, I don't need to go anywhere else.”
