I've rented from enterprise several times. Customer service is always excellent. This was the first time the was below my standards. The Chevy Blazer hesitated significantly upon acceleration and one of the wheels was out of balance. It was the first time I worried about vehicle qualify.

Enterprise is a good rental company but I feel the communication wasn’t as up to par as it should have been due to being closed on weekends, and also partly because of rerouting phone calls to different branches/customer services.
