Loyal Towing provides prompt and respectful service. Their tow drivers, including Robert and Yang, take the time to troubleshoot issues with customers' vehicles. They were patient and helped with finding solutions, including providing suggestions for safe travel and tire repair. The company's attention to detail is evident, as they take care to avoid damaging modified vehicles, such as the reviewer's car.
Isaac was awesome. I had crashed on the freeway and clearly wanted to get home. He was quick and to the point. I recommend them to anyone.

My car has required towing TWICE in the last week (don't ask...) and AAA has dispatched Loyal both times. These guys are awesome- professional, kind, efficient, and clean. I'd give more stars if I could.
