What I love about Three Points is their flexibility and creativity in how they approach repairs. Unlike dealerships, which often take an “all-or-nothing” stance and can be overly rigid, Eduardo and his team find smart, strategic solutions that are both high-quality and cost-effective.
Here’s how I work it: I take advantage of my dealership’s oil change deal (free every 10K miles) and then head to Three Points for my 5K services in between — that way, my BMW 430i Drop Top gets the best of both worlds.
Just the other day, after my oil change, the dealership recommended a repair that would have cost me over $1,500! Eduardo gave it an honest look and said no — it wasn’t necessary right now, but he’d keep an eye on it going forward. “I was very pleased to get my oil changed done at this Jiffy Lube. The place was very friendly, very informative and very quick! Yet all points were covered the fluid levels, the air in the tires, etc. And they found a coupon for me and that was really a plus. And the end price wasn’t that bad. I think price today are all bad! But this was not bad. Good job Jiffy Lube also Also, they did not do a push at all to upsell me anything. They just let me know this or that could need changing later, but certainly didn’t push it for now. And I really appreciate that.”
