Asked for balloon ribbon and was told to check the back wall. After wandering the whole store I found them at the end of an aisle nowhere near the back wall. Terrible service.

I was so disappointed at the selection of Halloween costumes this year compared to the previous years. The store did just recently move from across the street next to Chuck E cheese to the parking lot of the Arden Mall. It is much smaller now and maybe that's why they didn't have as many to choose from.

Party City delivers balloon bouquets! They had a large selection of birthday supplies. However we were looking for baby shower decor. The selection of baby shower decor was limited to one style for it's a boy. They also had a lot of Halloween items.
