“I've been contacting Abbott Laboratories regarding my mother's FreeStyle Libre 3 glucose monitor reimbursement check, because the app for the device did not work in my home country. For three months, I had to deal with frustrating circumstances where my calls were just being sent through a number of agents in a loop without any timely calls to Natomas Pharmacy for the approval and release of my refund. With the exceptional assistance of lead pharmacist Sukh Jhutty, the stressful follow-up has now ended, and the staff at Natomas Pharmacy has continuously gone above and above to help me get the reimbursement. My request for a refund was finally resolved because Mr. Jhutty himself called and spoke with a representative of the company to confirm the transaction. Last week, I finally received my reimbursement payment, and I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their assistance to customers like us. I urge everyone to check out this pharmacy!”

“I’ve been using this pharmacy since it opened and it’s so much better than CVS and Walgreens. I rarely have to wait to pick up my medications and the pharmacists have been very helpful! No one has ever been rude or dismissive. My health care plan required I use a mail order pharmacy for some prescriptions and it was a nightmare. If they didn’t have stock they couldn’t source it from anywhere else I had to wait for it until they restocked and couldn’t get any updates or expected delivery date. I paid more and got those filled at Safeway because I have better service and when there was a inventory issue they worked to find the medication for me and got it to my pharmacy is a reasonable amount of time! I’m grateful to have them close by!”

“I love this store and have had my Rx here for years, after the Freeport store closed, I moved them back. Always have the best customer service. I HATE the corporate greed and whatever hedge fund/bankruptcy buyout who is causing Rite Aid to close all their stores and pharmacies!!! Someone is making $ on this bankruptcy and in the meantime pharmacists are losing their jobs and everyone has to find a new pharmacy. It's unbelievable. Store is closing in a few weeks!! Be aware!”

“Pharmacy staff is great except one person and his name is Bryan. Not to be confused with the head pharmacist Ryan. This guy Bryan will talk about customers in front of other customers and staff. Heard him talking very loudly about a conversation I had with him on the phone and just happened to be standing there when He started talking about it, he was light weight taking shit. I called him out on it too. He has horrible customer service, he is extremely rude, very condescending and generally has a chip on his shoulder. He shouldn't work in a place where he has to interact with people, animals, or children. Bar far the worst customer service I've ever experienced by him.
Everyone else is great, all the way up to the store manager, he was very professional and generally a good person.”

“I was able to get a discount to join Sam's Club membership, only paying $25. I'm so glad I joined. Sam's is similar to other warehouse type shopping like Costco and Smart & Final. What makes them different is they offer curbside pick up as well as delivery. I have mobility issues so this is perfect! The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the locations. There's only 2 within my area and both are not close.”

“We went to sams club, not the tires. We game always love sams, the food like always no disappointment for am easy fast meal, pizza , hot dogs , prezzal everything we Jane tried is good. Be ready to spend a lot of money, lol. Even if you go for 5 items, keep in mind it's all in bulk. Try the chicken is the bomb, always omg and the oven meals are perfect for the whole family.”

“For the longest time I would prefer to go to the Elk Grove Big Horn pharmacy because that's where my kids see their pediatrician. However, when refilling my son's medication they didn't have it and Kaiser's pharmacy on Wyndham showed up. I submitted for the prescription to go to the Kaiser South Tower yet accidentally came to this location, they're both on Wyndham. Happy accident I must say because I prefer to come here for all our medication pickups! This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I love coming here as their service is extremely quick. Out of all my visits over the last 6 months there was only one time I waited for probably 10 minutes in line. This only occurred because I came on a Friday at 4 pm, peak time. The pharmacists are friendly, helpful, and seemed pleased to assist in anyway they could. Love this! And as a FYI, you can dispose of your sharps here if you don't want to have to drop it off at a specific center that accepts. I dropped off my son's Dupixent needles, in a hard plastic and secure container, after grabbing his new medication. This drop box is located at the bottom of the stairs near the main entrance and across from the pharmacy.”

I forgot to mention that they bubble pack my medication for me! Before I went to med care I used to get confused and at times I would take the wrong meds. Now all I have to do is read the Med card and pop the pills put of the corisponding time on the card. Thank You Med Care!! You are truly a lifesaver.”
