“Usually the lowest price around. I like using the Sam's Club app to pay at the pump. It makes the stop quicker and helps keep a good record of my purchases.”
“I don't know about you but the prices at Walmart are amazing! There's always somebody there to help if you need it unlike other stores I will name 😏 highly recommend 💙”
“This pharmacy is very clean. My medicines were ready when I got there. Everyone there were so friendly and helpful. The staff told me how and when to take my medicines. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Thank you for all your help.”
“I am very happy with my experiences with Lakeside Pharmacy. I get my painless vaccinations there as well as two of my dog’s medications. I was also able to refill my medical emergencies kit at Lakeside (required for dental offices). They completely updated and improved my kit. I can’t thank them enough.”
“Public parking for wheelchairs and walkers. Food is great. Customer service improved. I am very selective with my meat. The meat is great. Not to expensive, children friendly and safe. Plenty of baskets and scooters. If you go to customer service you will definitely see more over there or ask a clerk. Restroom abayand pharmacy as well. Natuayand organics available. Makeup aisle as well”
“We often shop here. Either Bel Air or Raley's. I like Bel Air better. The food and set up seems better but hey it's up to you. They usually have most things I need. The prices are maybe higher than some lower end places but good quality. we shop here Costco and Trader Joe.s”
“Was very helpful with the medication I needed. Carried it in stock while other pharmacies would have had to order it. Explained things about my insurance to me with patience.”
“During this Coronavirus time, I want to thank the employees for all their help throughout the store! They even had smiles on their faces and eager to help others. The store has always been extremely clean and I can see they are taking extra precautions for their staff and customers during this time. WAY TO GO BEL AIR!!!! ?”
“I absolutely love this pharmacy!! Great staff for sure and easy to get to. I even get my pet’s medication at a great price. They’re always happy to help and answer the phone right away.”
“I was trying to pick up a prescription for my wife and there was an issue with her insurance. Stacy went above and beyond to get it resolved and find a solution so she could get her meds. Mike and the crew here are always thoughtful and respectful while providing excellent service.”
“I had an amazing experience with Walgreens on Franklin and Laguna, the staff were extra supportive, very influential in discussing other items that i didn't even know i needed, they helped me with all my needs and questions, the store was well cleaned and maintained, the mood and setting were perfect everybody was cheerful. I would recommend coming here .”
“Store representative/cashier Cindy very helpful & courteous. Helped confirm availability before I went to store. Some items well priced like SnoreRx. Great coupons! Generic OTC meds, dental &, first aid items are higher than Walmart’s generics.”
“I just want to say how appreciative I am for filling my daughters respiratory rxs first thing this morning after a long night at the emergency room. And for help with the insurance and getting it approved along with answering my many questions. Very good customer service driven team.”
“Love, love, love the great deals in the Clearance section. From home and decor to cosmetics, sporting goods and toys the clearance is always a hit, never a miss!”
“I am reviewing the Neighborhood Market side. They don't have it listed separately yet they are separate stores. I went here with my wife when we stopped to charge our car. It is pretty big in here and I have never really shopped at a Walmart for groceries. I couldn't believe how low some of the prices are on items that we always buy. We normally shop at Costco, Belair , and Nugget. I guess you consider those high end in the supermarket side. The staff is really nice here and answered our questions when asked. There are so many different thing out now that were not when I was younger. We will be coming back here again. I am still not sure of buying meat here.”
“Just way better than other places for at least the three years I’ve been there. I replaced my Walmart pharmacy with these guys because Walmart said they were gonna start charging me nine dollars to have my stuff delivered and I was like. Na na”
“I love this CVS. Everybody is a friend.. They're always so cheerful and helpful and knowledgeable. Great coupon prices great deals and just a fun time!! 😁❤”
“By FAR, the BEST Pharmacists ever! Especially, Linda and Ivy! They are so knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, understanding, & always has a positive personality! I will never go anywhere else. Also all the Pharmacy Technician Sumadeep is amazing as well! I love my Walmart Pharmacy!!! -Phuong”
“Leah (photo department) provided excellent customer service when I had an issue with my passport photo. She took the time to understand the problem, helped get it resolved, and made the whole experience much easier. I really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you, Leah, for going above and beyond!”
“I shop at Walgreens regularly for various items. I use their customer rewards card when I shop. On many occasions I receive in store discounts at the register. And, typically coupons are printed out upon payment. Some I use and some I don't. On my recent visit, I received what I thought was a coupon for ten dollar cash towards my NEXT purchase of $10.00 or more. Since that coupon was due to expire on the 23rd of June my husband attempted to redeem it before the 23rd. Well, this is where the misunderstanding occurred. The coupon was actually for $10.00 towards rewards points if you spend $10 or more. In short, the $10 was applied to rewards points that could be used towards the next purchase, not redeemed for his current purchase. Needless to say I was not happy and the explanation of how the coupon actually worked seemed inconsistent with Walgreen's written coupon policy that I read online. I was totally confused. So, using their survey, I expressed my unhappiness. Their survey had a statement asking if I would to speak to someone about my concern and I stated yes, thinking I'd never hear from anyone. But, the next morning to my surprise I received a phone call from the store manager, Kathy. She introduced herself and asked me about my concern. She listened and thoroughly explained to me how Walgreen's coupon system worked. She also stated that customers are valued at Walgreens and that they really do look at survey comments. After our conversation I had a much better understanding of Walgreen's coupon system. Customer Service is a big issue with me and the manager's follow-up and patiently explaining Walgreen's coupon system relieved my frustration with Walgreens. Kudos to Kathy at the Laguna Franklin Walgreens! Here is one main tip if you receive a Walgreens Cash towards points coupon:1. Ask the cashier WHEN can you redeem the coupon and HOW is it applied. If you are told that it is just like cash on your next purchase, this is not correct. Ask for the manager, or ask to see their written policy, it is supposed to be posted in the store.”

“I was the first vehicle in the drive up window at CVS on Bradshaw at Calvine. Annie greeted me enthusiastically. She was kind and patient with me. She was able to dual task as evidenced by her ability to do her job and hold a conversation with me. I received my medication and departed in record time.”
“The checker was so nice and professional.....it was right at noon and she was the only available checker and a line was forming and a guy was trying to go through the self check out with beer....and she was calm and let him know she would have to help him .....all good....”
“This is a tough one for me. I’ve had so many issues with the pharmacy, since Kathy took over there things have gotten much better and although not perfect they are really do a much better job now. Normally I’d only give them 3, 4 stars if being nice. I think they will earn 5 stars soon enough so I’m giving it early.”
“Back to Elk Grove Walmart. Quiet on an early Saturday morning which was nice. Clean and spacious, and friendly service. All of the dvds were picked through. We were on a mission for dvds as this is my son's hobby. Parking lot can get busy as the day goes on. Today, there were lots of handicap accessible spots”
“Co is a fantastic team member! He was very helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. He solved my issue quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate his excellent service and hard work. Highly recommended”
“D.S is ALWAYS very helpful, nice, caring and shows EXCEPTIONALLY, AMAZING Customer Service! She makes my trip to Walgreens memorable and makes me feel comfortable. There's been plenty of times where she made my day! D.S deserves a significant raise! Even if she's making $100 an hour, I'd say she deserves $1,000.00!!!! ☺”
