“I have been going there on and off for 34 years and every time I had to move I had to move my medication to another pharmacy but I did not like any other places there was always something wrong and the others place would not go out of there way to help but I just went back to Jefferson pharmacy no mater if it's a hour drive cause I never have a problem and if something is a problem they fix it for me with out me having to go throw all the headaches it helps a lot when u feel that there for u and even all my family have been going to them for longer then me and all recommended Jefferson pharmacy thank for being a humble and family fill for me from Ashley lamb-Gardner”

“I have change the rating NOT due to weak response I received but for the team when I was there that helped with my issues.
The response from CVS was calling a number..... really? Calling back? That is you helping customers? You are paid to give that answer to customers?
The issue was: The pharmacy has changed the telephone for an AI then it is impossible to get through that to order a prescription or to leave a message for the pharmacist. I am not an English speaker AI does not understand my accent why in the word you change it?”
