Pathetic service when calling their patient service line. Bring back experienced staff and improve your service. Your service has gone down the drain.

They are committing insurance business fraud against the VA and my Insurance. I have tried to deal with this issue for more than six months. They ADMIT they are wrong but are so incompetent they won’t stop doing it. I am reporting the to the Department of Justice at this point.
Unethical company.

Stay far away from this place unless you like sub par care or paying unreasonably high bills for visits and tests because they get misclassified when they are submitted to insurance.
