Came in to get a few things for my son for his school. The people working behind the counter for the backpacks, were not helpful. Not sure if I would recommend them. The service could have been alot better than it was. WE ended up getting a thing or two and went to another store.

Came here with my two teenage sons and found great stuff for them. Leticia was extremely helpful! Seriously one of the best retail sales experiences I’ve had in any store in a long time due to the staff.

The Tilly’s in Arden Fair Mall is pretty big and well decorated. The store looks decent, and the clothes, shoes, and other items are focused on the younger shoppers. Most of the items inside the store are looking good and price reasonable. The salespersons were pleasant and greeted me when I talked into the store.
