I had a major brake service performed with new rotors & the brakes were making a squealing noise from the beginning of my completed service. I let service know & they told me to bring it back in. They replaced all the brakes & there is complete silence now! No charge to me & did my 100k service in the same day was completed. Also very reasonable priced compared to the Mercedes dealership. “Excellent Automatic Transmission Specialist. I towed in my 300k 2003 Ram 2500 4x4 for a transmission rebuild on a 48RE. Ownership is honest, competitively priced and an excellent value for the years of experience this transmission specialist has. Tom assisted me in coordinating the rebuild of both my transfer case and drivelines while my transmission was rebuilt and was a pleasure to deal with. I had a very good experience here and my transmission is back to working like it did when the truck was new. There were no negative issues with the store, the price, the amount of time it took to rebuild nor the communication. A+ customer service and A+ work. Depending on time of day and traffic, the intersection of Power Inn and 14th can be busy and make it difficult to cross the eastbound lane to turn into the shop if you are coming from Power Inn westbound onto 14th. I found it easier to go down 14th a couple blocks and turn around on 14th so I could turn in to the shop from the eastbound lane. Thank you Tom and House of Automatic Transmissions. Great work, Great service!”

“I had a leaky seal in my transmission and Kevin advised me of all the things that would probably go along with replacing the seal. At first I didnt like it because i only wanted to fix just the leak. But I trusted Kevin, after he was done with repairs he showed me all the parts that they wound up replacing, Boy was he ever right, clutch was shot, bearings were shot, other seals were close to failure as well. In the end I got it all done at once, quickly, cleanly, and for a good price. Highly recommend 10/10”

First I just requested a shuttle but as they say went on realized I would need the loaner he got it ready and I picked it up with no problem.
