This Walgreens District Office is a great place to shop with a clean, enjoyable, and professional atmosphere. It is a very close pharmacy for the Natomas and Westlake neighborhood, featuring a convenient drive-thru. The pharmacy is typically very busy, but prescriptions can be picked up quickly and efficiently. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are courteous, friendly, really nice, and even slightly jovial, providing wonderful customer service. They are knowledgeable and responsive in resolving any issues.
Walgreen's pharmacy has gotten worse and worse. They mess up every prescription I get. I waste two hours every time I have an RX!!! I have asked for a phone call from the district office with absolutely NO response.
