The lab tech was touching keyboards and other shared surfaces while he set up phlebotomy supplies for my visit. He then started to pull gloves on without sanitizing or washing his hands. I had to ask him to sanitize, which he obliged. On the positive side, the tech was skilled and efficient with the venipuncture.

Good experiences here. Not always open, but worth the convenience. Never had issues with cancellations like others have mentioned.
