Waited a good while, but when I got into a dock, I had a severely leaning pallet, with some boxes on the floor. Instead of making a big deal about it, they had me help them and we fixed, no problem, friendly & helpful.

It's a typical produce warehouse. Depending on how busy they are tells how quickly you can get loaded. There is overnight parking. Monday-Friday 8am-10pm. There are hours for Saturday also, but unsure of what they are. I have called the contact number before and someone answered.
