“Highly professional company. They delivered my household goods after a move from outside the continental US. The movers were all highly respectful and got the job done quickly with no issues. Upon organizing the next day, I (mistakenly) thought a watch had been stolen from my home. When I reported this to them, they were very respectful and went above and beyond to locate it. Upon discovering that I had just misplaced it and reporting this to Murphy’s, they were again very professional despite the implications of my mistake. Would use them again in a heartbeat.”
“I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciate our driver Wes! He and his team were polite, genuine and worked hard. If I ever move again, I will request Wes and the teams he chose all over again. Wes gets 5 stars for sure
While I like Mario, I was not happy with his part of the experience. I was told to write a check for 1,000 dollars more than what was on the invoice. Completely unacceptable! I have to wait six weeks to be reimbursed. I have the text showing what he told me to write the check for if Antony would like to see it and our truck driver wrote the discrepancy on the paperwork. This was the most costly move that I have ever had to pay for. I would love to speak to a customer service person to discuss this matter.”
