“What a great shop!! If you’re looking for a specific card, pack, etc. this is the place to go. They carry everything and very good quality. I hardly visited the Northbridge Mall, but once I discovered this store I’m there at least every other week. You ask Compa or his staff a question, they have an answer for you. I recently began collecting Pokemon cards again. If I’m looking for a card, I’ll definitely find it here. The majority of the cards I’ve gotten here and have sent to get graded have come back a 10. “Was passing by Salinas during a road trip and stopped at this shopping center to go to Target. Noticed there was a Game Stop nearby and took a look. It's really hit or miss with product selection at the various locations. We actually found a FallOut New Vegas Xbox game we wanted to try out and also found this awesome Gamer Stitch plush. He's so cute with his headphones, game controller and tongue sticking out. There are a few Funko pop figures, some plushes and other collectibles besides the usual console games & accessories. The store was large and felt quite spacious. There was only one guy working at this location. Fortunately this was not a busy location. There were only 2 other customers in the store. Parking is plentiful at this shopping center. .”

“Shortly after lunch, I received a text from T-Mobile informing me that I had very few minutes left on my phone allowance. I checked the internet to see if they were open and until what time. I took my last receipt with me and headed to Sherwood Gardens. Personnel reception was excellent. I handed over my former receipt , the sales person went inside to do the transaction, I received a text confirming my extension and in minutes I was on my way ! That is what I call EFFICIENCY ! “Can I just start by saying how incredibly helpful Ignacio was? Originally, we had stopped by the Verizon store in Prunedale and the rep only seemed interested in pawning us off. We had two issues. 1. I had been sold a screen protector that was $60 the day before ata different location when I bought a new phone and didn’t realize the price, so I needed a refund. He said I couldn’t do it at that location, but that Salinas’ could help. 2. My mother in law’s phone stopped working. We thought it might have been an issue with the SIM card, as we had issues like that before with a different phone. He didn’t think that was the issue, but was ‘kind’ enough to let us use his tool to swap SIM cards between our two phones to check. Needless to say, it didn’t work.
We ended up going to the Salina’s store and Ignacio helped us with the refund right away. We inquired about our second problem and he took the time to get a new SIM card and check himself. Same results. He then checked all yards in options for us, including any and all upgrades and offers. We didn’t walk in expecting to buy my mother in law a phone. Especially since I just bought myself a new one the day before. But Ignacio’s professionalism and genuine care for our satisfaction led us to make that decision. I’m a twenty year, loyal Verizon customer and this is the reason why. Employees like Ignacio. I won’t name the employee from the Prunedale location. Perhaps he was correct in that he couldn’t do our refund at that store. But between the two employees, Ignacio shined.”
“My phone is bomb. Pedro is bomb. I spent a few minutes waiting for my phone to be activated and was on my way. Pedro did a great job of landing me on a phone. He sold me the blade Max big screen phone by ZTE. It has great features and a huge screen. The store was clean and organized. I noticed it smelled like fabuloso household cleaner in the store. Shot out to Staff for making my shopping experience quick and easy. I'm very Happy. I highly recommend this store for your next phone to all my friends, family neighbors.”

“I ordered a TV off Amazon and noticed a newer feature: pick up at Best Buy. Intrigued, I went for it. Everything was pretty straightforward, except that Amazon does NOT make it an easy process for the employees. This was a pleasant experience for me, but just based on my own retail working experience, it was unnecessarily complicated for them (they did not communicate this. They were lovely and patient. I just know from having been in their shoes). Amazon provides no barcode, and doesn't communicate which phone number to provide for order pickup. I got my tv and it didn't take much time, cuz the employees rocked, but I'll be avoiding that amazon to best buy option from now on. Price was the same anyway - my point is this: just get it from Best Buy if you're gonna pick it up at Best Buy.”
