“Great experience shopping for a mattress here. We walked in and right away we were met by Ray. I told him what we wanted, and he guided us to a few mattresses. One was way out of our price range and rather than push us on that, which I know some salesmen do, he helped us find one that was more affordable. Wound up getting the perfect mattress and had a lot of fun banter with the staff. Great team working there. Would definitely come back.”

“Michael’s did all-around job! I had 8 dining chairs re-padded and re-upholstered. Communications were prompt and responsive via email and phone, and scheduling was easy. The chairs were done on time and as quoted. We provided the fabric based on the quantity they recommended and had enough leftover if needed for future repair. The workmanship is awesome. I’m very pleased. Worth the price!”

“Dean has made so many incredible pieces, I hesitate to add just a few pictures, not shown is a beautiful redwood burl live edge coffee table in my family room. We’ve eaten at our kitchen table for over a decade, full disclosure, Dean did take the table back and refinish it for us after the kids moved out. The headboard from Madera Furniture is only surpassed by his one of a kind end tables made of old Walnut. Dean is an artist making ancient wood functional and aesthetically pleasing in your home. He is currently located in the rear of the Fairfax Lunber yard, upstairs.”

“Very cute store first off! My mom and I love cost plus world market and when ever we travel we always check them out! This one had a lot of good items and we ended up spending over $300 however the customer service from our check out girl was not kind at all. Pia was very rude and spoke to us very bluntly and disrespectful tone. She also over charged my mom charging her for something twice and when she ask my mom if she wanted a bag she just said “do you want a bag” and not a kind way, like you should when you are in customer service. When she was bagging my items she was just throwing them in the bag. I had candles and fragile items and she was very rough with them. Other than that the store was great!”
