They saved us lots of headaches and got the job done right. Other shops would have cost us more money with their diagnostics being incorrect. Justin is graceful, accommodating, patient & informative. The crew work their butts off to get everybody done, and seem to keep their cool. “My friend was having trouble and needed a mechanic so I took her here based on reviews online, and Robin really seems like an honest, kind, and hard working person.
It was hard to find parking. The place was packed to the gills with cars and he warned us he was super busy but asked what we needed help with. Because her issue seemed it might be relatively quick he looked at it for us, and he definitely was busy, but here and there in between working on other cars he would pop up from under a car and try something and have us run her car or drive down the street and back to see if a fix worked. She had been afraid her car was finally dead, and that she wouldn’t be able to afford fixing it, but before long he had her car fixed and back on the road.
I feel very positive about him and grateful to him for having helped my friend, he’s off to a great first impression with me and I would definitely reccomend him and go to him for repair work in the future.”

Repaired a number of issues (leakung and inoperable washer fluid, excessive play in steering, very loose gear shifter and funky turn signal lever) with my son’s Ford E350 converted camper van. Some easy fixes and some complicated fixes were all resolved for a fair price and with wonderful service. Suzanne and the mechanic were great to work with - nice, clear and communicative. Perhaps most of all, they earned my trust regarding cost and quality of work.”

“What a great experience! I found Righetti online, after having an issue pop up on the weekend. They were the only shop open on a Saturday and Steve answered after the first ring. He agreed to see me in the afternoon after finishing with another customer and sure enough, he was ready to help when I arrived. Steve is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, characteristics that are rare in automotive industry. He walked me through what was wrong, explained the solution and fixed the problem on the spot! “I was very impressed by the service advisor Leo, he's also a very handsome man. I was even more impressed by the technician who quickly was able to quickly pinpoint the driveability/engine performance problem on my GMC cargo van. The other shops couldn't find the problem and tryed to blame the oxygen sensor. I also had a check engine light removed and I was able to pass the emissions test the same day. I will be returning to Hamilton's Automotive for all my Automotive Repair & maintainence in the future. I highly recommend it!!

“On October 20, I got the best oil change and service I have ever received. To all elders, this is the place you need to go to get your oil changed!! Every time I think about the experience I had, a smile spreads across my face and I could not let another day go by without acknowledging these incredible professionals. (I have been moving ) aThe below picture is a picture of my cabin filter that I did not know existed.
In the 10 years I’ve had My Prius, NO ONE has taken the time to check that filter. I am a 77-year-old single female, and I am accustomed to service providers trying to rip me off and doing a very lousy job when servicing my vehicle. These people radiated love and joy from the adorable young lady that guided me into the bay to the caring, responsible manager that guided me out. The kind of quality the whole team gave me cannot be taught. It comes from the heart and soul.
The air conditioner vent on the driver side had not been blowing cool air for quite some time. When I told the Toyota service person that, his response was that it would take $280 to even check it out which I of course did not do. When that cabin filter was replaced, the air conditioner started operating again. The particles in the bag on that filthy filter were shredded paper that had gathered on it.
In addition to changing the oil filters, they checked out every possible part of my car that they could get their hands on. I could tell they have wonderful relationships with their grannies.
It is so refreshing to see a team working as one for an insignificant little old lady. Keep it up guys and girls! You made a huge difference in my day and in my life!
