“FASTSIGNS did a great job with my jobsite signs. The whole process was fast, easy, and professional. They respond quickly, have excellent communication, and offered a fair price with a very quick turnaround.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I didn’t receive a notification when the signs were completed—I had to follow up myself. Other than that small hiccup, it was a seamless and straightforward experience.
I’ll definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality signage.”

“I went into Staples this past Saturday with my son to get balloons for his birthday party, and we had such a wonderful experience. The woman who helped us was truly exceptional. She made my son feel like the most important person in the room and made sure his opinions about his balloons really mattered.
When he said he wanted a blue star balloon, she asked him if he wanted light blue, dark blue, or sparkling blue, which made him feel so included in choosing exactly what he wanted. After he picked out his balloons, she also checked with us to make sure his choices were okay. While she was blowing up the balloons, she kept talking with him, asking what he would be doing for his birthday, what he was most excited about, and she wished him a happy birthday.
It meant so much to see someone take the time to make a 6-year-old feel special and heard. It turned a simple stop for balloons into a really memorable moment for him. Thank you for such thoughtful and kind customer service!”
“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color.
He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“I have worked with Ram Print for over 42 years. In 1981 two other women and I opened a small nonprofit that provided childcare to working families. Over the years, Ram Print grew alongside Marin Day Schools and by 2001 we had 24 preschools throughout the SF Bay Area. Rams was always our go to printer: forms, brochures, handbooks, weekly letters, parent notes, invitations, contracts- you name it, Rams did it- always correctly and on time. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints.
