Braden helped me through the entire process of creating my business cards, from getting everything started to making sure the final product came out exactly how I wanted. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the business cards was outstanding—the best quality I’ve ever received. They were even better than the business cards I’ve gotten from other competitors.
This experience was also much better than the service I previously received at the San Rafael Staples, where Tony tried to help but ended up wasting a lot of my time without resolving what I needed. Randy and Braden, on the other hand, were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done right the first time.
Overall, Randy and Braden provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are the reason I’ll continue coming back. “This is s uniquely fantastic UPS store. It is extremely well managed, kind and helpful, delightful employees. I always have a great experience and find the staff fun and inspiring. Andrew and his wife Lilia are superb owners and Minerva has provided A+++ customer service every time I've been in. There is another employee whose name I now can't remember who is also so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really a great spot. I drive far to skip the grabby UPS stores and go here; it's the best.”

“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”
“Tho post office is amazing! I was sent a general delivery package and ,because I had no time in between my work, I completely forgot to even fill up the application! The staff were nice enough to hold onto my package and work with me on the phone. There was a really kind lady over the phone who walked me through everything. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. Carrie greeted me upon picking my letter up and was very courteous. Amazing staff here!”
“I came in a few days ago for copies and stamps, and the woman at the front counter was such a bright spot. Two other women were waiting with me, and she handled a very rude and disruptive man with so much grace. She still made each of us feel welcomed and cared for when it was our turn. Her kindness really stood out.

I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile.
I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional.
I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk.
I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes.
His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”

“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else.
The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

More than once they went above and beyond for us. They're both genuinely good people and USPS is lucky to have them. We enjoyed visiting this post office - and we miss these two. “I've received nothing but excellent service here, whether to mail locally, internationally, print, get packaging materials. The owners are very helpful, careful, and pleasant. I've come here to mail packages to different locations, and they're able to help package the items and figure out the best way to get there, especially if international. Sometimes the line is quite long, but it moves quickly. I'd definitely go back again.”
