“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!”

I had to go into the T-mobile store for help to get their service again. I love the cleanliness of the store, as well as the layout. Everything is easy to see and the lighting with pink hue in the background is relaxing.
The staff was very patient with my problem. My situation was a mess, I had no pin, I couldn't get into my other service account , the other service app kept cutting out before we could get information. The young lady working with me did not give up. It had taken a bit of time, but she kept at it. I mean, watching her work so hard, I was the one who ended up with a headache. I can only imagine how she felt. Her name is Jazmin, I believe, and I am still so grateful for her patience and help. I'm back with T-Mobile! ?”

“Nice and clean looking, super friendly staff. Many employees stopped to check if we needed any assistance. The only thing I would recommend is if you plan to go to Geek Squad make an appointment, I was a walk-in and it took 3 hours to get helped due to them having so many appointments.”

“After going to a few big stores, such as Stereo City and others who wanted half up front with no refund and a future appointment time... I found Unlimited Car Sound. When I arrived Rosalio and Rosalio Jr told me the dash cam with backup cam and window tint I had asked the others for, could be done same day and for around half the price, and keep in mind, this was within an hour of them closing! I jumped at the chance to get it done. They did the install and the garbage temu stuff I ordered didn't work, so Rosalio offered me a similar device at his cost. They replaced all the wiring they just installed and didn't charge me a penny extra, all this well after hours at this point, because I ordered bad equipment and they saved my ass. I'll be a return customer for sure and if y'all haven't checked these guys out, make sure you do.”
