Our first experience with IWC was with my daughter’s Jeep Wrangler JL. Her Jeep had only about 20,000 miles, and there was nothing mechanically wrong with the original suspension. She simply wanted a more comfortable and controlled freeway ride, along with noticeably better capability and confidence off-road.

Laura and Travis listened carefully to what she wanted and designed an outstanding FOX suspension and steering-stabilizer package around her needs. Eric, their master mechanic, then worked his magic. The workmanship was flawless, and the improvement was immediately noticeable—the Jeep felt smoother, more composed, and better controlled both on the freeway and off-road. Most importantly, my daughter was incredibly happy and grateful. IWC delivered exactly what they promised.

That experience gave me the confidence to return three months later with my own Jeep Wrangler 392, affectionately known as “Roxanne.” This is not a stock Jeep—it is a highly modified, 38-inch-tire build with FOX 3.0 Race Series shocks, a FOX Elite adjustable steering stabilizer, Clayton springs, RockJock adjustable track bars, upgraded control arms, geometry correction, TeraFlex Delta big brakes, reinforced protection, and numerous supporting upgrades. With a build of this level, every component must work together. It requires far more than simply bolting on parts; it requires experience, precision, and a true understanding of Jeep suspension and steering geometry.

Eric, Brett, and the IWC team approached Roxanne with exactly that level of care. They installed the APEX steering boost system and power-steering cooler, carefully tuned the FOX Elite adjustable suspension, and added critical underbody armor, including protection for the rear muffler. They also completed additional finishing upgrades, including the secure Tuffy cargo enclosure and black hood latches.

The difference was remarkable. The steering became more confident and controlled, the suspension felt better balanced, and the Jeep retained the personality of a 392 while becoming more refined and predictable. Eric and Brett are truly masters at keeping this beast performing at its very best. Their attention to detail, technical knowledge, and pride in their workmanship are evident in every aspect of the finished vehicle.

What makes IWC special, however, goes beyond the mechanical work. Laura and Travis were consistently accommodating, communicative, and attentive. Justin helped ensure that the entire project came together properly, and the whole team treated both Jeeps—and our family—with genuine care and respect.

“Sometimes I can almost find everything on my shopping list that I found online in the store if it's a non-food item and not a baby related item... I've come to find if it's baby related or food-related....this particular target store will almost always guarantee to be out of stock whatever it is that you are hoping to purchase especially if it's been marked down or a clearance item. I'm not particularly a fan of the fact that they have chosen to eliminate some baby related items that were a popular choice at a specific quantity that they sold such as the 500 pack of baby wipes (the up & up brand) and I'm not quite sure why this is considering they were almost always out of stock of this item no matter no matter the variation if it was sensitive or specific fragrance or no fragrance at all. As far as the cleanliness of the store it's pretty well kept up concerning the high traffic that the store always seems have . The bathrooms are pretty well maintained and I would even say the parking lot is pretty clean. I haven't come across any customer service representative that I found to be rude or disrespectful and I have been shopping at the store for almost 3 years now and I find that whether I'm shopping in store or online my shopping experience is pretty pleasant overall”

“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). When I arrived Rosalio and Rosalio Jr told me the dash cam with backup cam and window tint I had asked the others for, could be done same day and for around half the price, and keep in mind, this was within an hour of them closing! I jumped at the chance to get it done. They did the install and the garbage temu stuff I ordered didn't work, so Rosalio offered me a similar device at his cost. They replaced all the wiring they just installed and didn't charge me a penny extra, all this well after hours at this point, because I ordered bad equipment and they saved my ass. I had to go into the T-mobile store for help to get their service again. I love the cleanliness of the store, as well as the layout. Everything is easy to see and the lighting with pink hue in the background is relaxing.
The staff was very patient with my problem.
