She was extremely transparent with all the information I received regarding a new line and other services ATT offers. “I seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience with Brooklyn. She went above and beyond in every way. Not only was she incredibly kind and patient, but she was also super knowledgeable and made everything feel so much less stressful.
I had a major issue getting verified for services and she stuck with me over multiple days and never once made me feel like a burden. She was so understanding, she took the time to explain things through out the process, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.
