Went in to cancel my bank acct waited 3 hours no one came to help the lobby was empty with no one waiting the bank teller went to lunch and seems like they never came back at the end I left and just wasted my time !

Edward is not professional at all . He Skipt me while I been waiting for an hour , for another lady who just walked in without an appointment. He needs more attitude and professioncy training
