“I had a really frustrating experience turned into a very nice experience due to one employee who works at the Daly City store. I was lucky enough to work with Vincent today who went above and beyond to understand my situation, help me solve it, and make sure everything would move forward smoothly from here. Honestly, before speaking with Vincent I felt like I may never shop at Home Depot again! But his patience, kindness, communication skills, and ability to work through problems with ease and humor really changed the situation around and made me feel very appreciative and thankful.

I wanted to write this review because I wanted the store to know how lucky they are to have Vincent working there. I’ve never met an employee at any Home Depot who went so above and beyond. He was amazing and I will continue shopping there due solely to his help today. Thanks Vincent!”

“I bought a dishwasher and washer/dryer this year via Oscar Farias; despite a few hiccups, the overall pre and post sales service was personable and satisfactory. The main issues I had with CG Appliance was that they did not have the brand/models I want to buy in stock, but Oscar worked closely with me to overcome various obstacles, including a surprise, further 2 month delivery delay from Electrolux. The installation team was also reliable, and revisited promptly to resolve a minor issue. I visited various big box appliance stores prior to my purchase, but am delighted to give my order to a local business who is able to rise to the occasion.”

“I was desperately looking for an LG washer part that no one had and was backordered from LG. Who can go without a washing machine for a month? I called 10 different online and local places that all said they didn't have it, didn't know when it would be available, etc. Finally, Appliance Parts Experts answered the phone and a gruff but very helpful gentleman told me the same thing. But then he suggested a replacement part number and said that it would work. I was skeptical but he said I could check it online, and then he hung up because he was busy. I confirmed it online called back to order the part. APE is SO HELPFUL! It's worth waiting for them to answer the phone!”
