“Super helpful and accommodating staff (Shane and George)!

Went to the store yesterday to trade in my mom’s iPad and buy a new one, and was disappointed to see that the trade-in value dropped by $50 since we checked two weeks ago. Shane called his manager George over, explained the situation, and asked if Best Buy could honor the previous trade-in value. While they couldn’t do that, George offered us something better — we could keep our iPad as a backup device (esp since the trade in value is so low), and he gave us a store credit to help bring down the cost of our new one!

Needless to say, my mom is very happy with her belated Mother’s Day gift hahah”

“One if the few times I've used their tool rental service. Very efficient staff, Ching was working the desk with another gentleman. I had a choice of clearing a drain myself, I needed a electric snake, or calling a plumber. The choice was clear after calling a few plumbers, when they required a diagnostic fee before proceeding, I already knew the issue, a clogged or obstructed sewer drain. By the time a plumber was called, I had already went to home depot, rented the snake and probably cleared the obstruction in the waste pipe. The choice was clear so I didn't bother to contract with any plumber.If you are in need of tools, home depot may be your source providing you have the ability to use them and the knowledge, but really it may take a little longer but the results are the same.I would use home depot again if it arises that I don't have the tools to complete a job”
