“I love comics. This place has a wild array of comics, it's hard to not go insane and blow my entire paycheck on loads of stories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a huge fan, and someday I hope to have a book here!”

“My daughter has been participating in Clay Creations' classes and summer camps for several years and loves every minute. The studio is well-staffed and helps her explore her creativity.”
“Loved my experience taking the intro to handbuilding and wheel throwing series classes at artillery! The studio is very beautiful, and all of the instructors are very knowledgeable on various ceramic techniques and the studio puts a lot of emphasis on sustainability and environmental awareness when working with the clay.”
“Even though they had scheduling issues and we waited almost 2 hours it was completely worth it. I made a flower and my boyfriend made a beer glass! The instructors were nice and patient. This will be a memorable birthday gift for me. ?”
“I have such a great experience in the litcrawl event yesterday. It’s a lovely place full of arts and nice people. Definitely will come back for more events in the future.”
“Adobe Books is a great community gathering place that features brilliant artists and musicians. In an era where the commons are dying, it brings me a lot of satisfaction to know i can stop by adobe books any day and be around enriching conversation, and great, affordable books.”
“I am so glad I discovered DCopperplus. Their inventory is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship of the wide variety of different items throughout the store are exceptional. I couldn’t leave that store without a pair of earrings and ring. I promised myself that I would be back for something else.”
“Hands down the best gym I’ve been to Staff is amazing, the equipment is clean and past my expectations. Always receive so many questions on what gym we are creating our fitness content .
Props to the owner on this establishment. We literally drive 2 hours just to come ?

“Pacifica is very lucky to have the Sanchez Art Center! There are a lot of talented artists in and around Pacifica. The Art Center has free admission on weekends when they have exhibitions on, and they have multiple exhibits per year. Typically there are three exhibits at a time from different local groups or artists. Sanchez is the "home" gallery of the Art Guild of Pacifica, which hosts several exhibits per year there. Sanchez Art Center also has rental studios for artists, and hosts open studios once or twice a year.”

“I love everything about this shop! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, and it's the perfect place to buy gifts (especially for myself). They have a wide variety of products, and most of them are from other small businesses (some of which are local). I couldn't recommend this place enough!”
“Lola’s colourful shop window attracted my attention and I went in and discovered that there are some beautiful hand made clothes. Made by Lola. Unique designs and quality fabrics. Lola is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to her store. You can also find plenty of gift ideas.”
“My family and I went for the JoJo art exhibit when we were in town. But we stayed to appreciate the other art exhibits on display. Definitely a cool spot tucked away in San Francisco. Would highly recommend if you have some time to spare.”
“This store is filled with fun, fresh, local items. The inventory is inventive and such a breath of fresh air. And you can tell they care about their customers and their experience. I had a quality issue with an item I bought for my son and the owner was responsive and helped me get it replaced. Thank you!”

“I had a great beginner class here. The instructor was friendly and very informative. The building is nice with interesting equipment. I look forward to taking more classes”
“You could easily miss this little shop even if you walk by every day. But you know who sees everything, kids. It was my kids that noticed the butterfly specimens and animal skulls in the window. I wasn’t sure if it was open to the public, but the kids kept begging to go in.
Inside you will find rocks and crystals of every color. It my kids dream!
They also have jewelry, art, stationary, and even art classes for kids.”
“Great art gallery located on a corner in the mission. The top level is bright with a lot of natural light shining through the windows. Lots of art that I had never seen before and I found to be really exquisite. They have a downstairs basement level with additional art pieces and ones that you could browse through wrapped individually. Recognized one artist where I had seen their work in DTLA before and it was nice to see their work on other formats. Would recommend dropping in if you enjoy admiring art. :] guy on staff was also really kind. I would say that there are some affordable pieces here and interesting perspectives.”
“I've come in here twice and the owner is super nice and informative. If you're looking for lots of baby tropical plants at a fair price she has a ton of them. Her selection beyond that is also great and the vibe is also really cozy. If you like plants and or are interested, definitely worth the drive if you're in SF/Peninsula :)”
“Love that Olga and her team are a certified Green business. I'll always support businesses who go out of their way to be environmentally-conscious. 7.3.1. Designs combines Art with Values!”
“An intimate gallery showing the work of the local creative community. The gallery owner is engaging and makes you feel welcomed no matter your experience/knowledge with the art industry. And the show openings are always a fun time!”
“Cute boutique selling arts & crafts, clothing and photos from local artisans. Very unique gifts! The shop particpated in Winter Walk 2023 (12/21/23 this evening). Love the photos and SF themed clothing!”
“My girlfriend and I visited from out of town and we cannot say enough nice things about Marieke and the studio. She was friendly, helpful, patient, and extremely accommodating to our hectic schedule. It was our first experience doing ceramics and we thoroughly enjoyed the learning and creating process with Marieke. We highly recommend anyone visiting or living in SF to check it out!”
“I had seen this place as existing in Pacifica. I hadn’t stopped by before two years ago. It was a little bit hidden away, so my experience going in was a bit of a surprise. I just assumed it would be a small shop with not that much inventory. But when I walk inside, I felt like I was in the end scene from the first Indiana Jones movie when he’s in a warehouse full of government treasures. This collection is awesome. And well curated. And well organized. Agreed that there isnt a large place to sit in a relaxed fashion and look at everything, but there’s nothing that the amazing staff is not aware of, and they can help find it. I love this place and have been back a few times. I realize now that maybe I shouldn’t even write this review and I should keep it a secret.”
“This is a bit of a hidden gem! Small (two-room) art gallery with a new primary show each ~6 weeks of an artist's work and some works from old displays in the other room. The owner is welcoming and informative and the art is quite varied”
“Beautiful neighborhood art gallery that’s been going for decades. They mostly show paintings but there’s a wide variety of work. It’s available for rental for events and includes lots of permanent murals inside and out in the brick backyard. Classic San Francisco gem.”
“Sheridan connected the pieces and did a custom mount/base for a Thai woodwork piece that we wanted to hang and it turned out AMAZING. He really takes pride in his work, creates custom infrastructure that is solid while still letting the artwork shine. A craftsman with great skills!”
“Kerwin Galleries in Burlingame offers something for everyone. Whether you’re a fan of classic art, modern, contemporary works, this gallery provides a rewarding experience. Mercedes and Mary are so engaging and knowledgeable about every artwork pieces at the gallery. Visiting them is not just about seeing art; it’s about engaging with the creative mind and spirit that drives them to share their love for artwork, This gallery shop is so unique, catering to different tastes and interests. There is something for everyone.”

“Incredible space with a diverse selection of ceramics by talented local artists and craftspeople. Lessons and drop-in were both great experiences. Beautiful selection of glazes and shinos. People in the studio are always friendly and happy to share knowledge”
“I brought in a large odd-sized rolled canvas painting. San Bruno Framing built a custom backing frame and stretched the canvas. The workmanship on the frame is fantastic and they did a beautiful job. Highly recommended!”
