“This lab is one of the few in the area that I've seen using the BD 368652 Vacutainer lines. If you have a lot of blood work to complete, I highly recommend doing it all here since the flexible lines on the draw needle lead to a much better experience. With the flexible line, the technicians don't have to hold the needle steady while sampling so there's a significantly reduced chance of bruising or unnecessary needle movement.
Also, wait times for walk-ins are literally a million times shorter (yes, a million) than at any Quest location (walk-in) in the bay.”

“I’ve only had positive experiences here. Today, I walked in at 11:40am for an urgent blood test since there were no appointments available for at least 2 weeks. The phlebotomist did my blood draw at noon, cutting a bit into her lunch break. I’m grateful for the fast, friendly service especially without an appointment.”

“This was my first visit. When I arrived I was signing into the kiosk when the phlebotomist called my name to come in. He took all my information then drawed my blood. I've never been to a lab that was so fast and helpful. Would definitely come back and bi pass the hospital lab I always go to.”

“So I actually had a pleasant experience. Steve M. was terrific. Professional yet personable, quick and efficient. Everything was straight forward. However I can totally understand the poor reviews. There was one employee that had such a thick accent that the patient he was working had to keep asking him to repeat himself. He also did not seem to be able to understand or explain the situation in a way that would deescalate the situation. Had I interacted with him this would be a 1 star review. But kudos to Steve. He was awesome.”

“Check in was really easy at the kiosk, and they took me in immediately (I had an appointment). The folks there were really nice, and took me seriously when I told them I tend to pass out. They let me wait for a specific room with a lay flat option to draw blood to become available. The did seem short staffed (it seemed only two people were working, one checking people into their rooms and getting their paperwork/vials ready and the Phlebotomist. My phlebotomist was awesome! She was kind and patient, checked in during the draw to make sure I was okay, and encouraged me to take it slow after and brought me a water. Definitely will come back here for future blood work, this was one of the best experiences I've had getting blood drawn.”

“Quick and easy blood test today. Don't come to this LabCorp testing facility address unless you have an appointment.
No walk-ins are accepted here at this location. Technician did a wonderful job. Minimal pain. No extra stabbing needed. Nice personality.
Front desk person was also pleasant and nice to deal with.
Easy to find location.
Parking might be of a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day.”
“Walk-in for lab is pretty quick and efficient. But hours should be kept up-to-date. I was waiting in the parking lot for a while before going in because Google maps said they opened at 8:30. I also had another appointment to go to and ended up coming back here after. That was a huge mistake. It's best to go as early as you can. Parking is HORRIBLE around 10am!”

“had a lovely experience here this morning. I was extremely stressed due to the fact I had to take a last minute covid-19 PCR test for my flight tonight, and the staff here was amazing. They were nothing but friendly and helped me quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed to ensure I would be able to fly safely and make my trip tonight. Both the man in charge and the kind woman who did my swab were great and I would definitely come back for any testing needs.”

“Recently went to AHF for a general check up and my first experience with the AHF team was great! Their staff is knowledgeable, caring and responsive... they went above and beyond by getting me scheduled quickly. I was a bit unsure about going because I'm not Poz and there are some bad reviews for related locations. Neither concern amounted to anything... the reviews are from individuals who have a political bone to pick with AHF - but (sounds like) never received care from the team... do yourself a favor and ignore them. While they specialize in working with folks who are Poz (HIV+) or seeking preventative care, they'll accept non-Poz patients too. My understanding is they'll see patients without regard to ability to pay and while waiting I heard the staff working with patients to make sure they have access to every available resource that might help them. Bummed that the office is only open Weds and Fridays, but the friendly team more than makes up for any stars I'm inclined to knock off for that. Bottom line - the AHF team is a great community resource - they deserve some Yelp love!”

“I must’ve been lucky or something because that was the fastest lab testing I had ever received in my entire life. Came in at 11:45 on Wednesday for my appointment and it took about five minutes to check in and get my blood drawn. Phlebotomist was average— blood came out slowly so I had to wait a bit to fill just one vial. No other complaints.”
