“The most wonderful people. Was weekly tested, saliva not nasal. Results in 2 hours last few months, prior to that next day. They offer nasal testing but not what I prefer. Super friendly.”

“I came to this lab for my blood test; this was my first time with this lab. The patient care and customer service were excellent. The wait time for check-in and blood draw was much faster than other labs. The people were very friendly. The young man who drew my blood did a good job. It was speedy and painless. I recommend this lab.”

“had a lovely experience here this morning. I was extremely stressed due to the fact I had to take a last minute covid-19 PCR test for my flight tonight, and the staff here was amazing. They were nothing but friendly and helped me quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed to ensure I would be able to fly safely and make my trip tonight. Both the man in charge and the kind woman who did my swab were great and I would definitely come back for any testing needs.”

“Maria Dwyer was wonderful and very very professional. She took 15 vials using no pain at all and she was the very first doctor to EVER get blood from my arm instead of the painful hand and wrist. Ive had nothing but horrible experiences in the past from other places but this was the best and will be my go to place forever. I was super nervous and Maria knew how to keep me calm and relaxed!! She knows her stuff!! Also the woman at the front desk was wonderful too who took care of my check in work papers!! The staff is amazing here!! Big thanks for a great experience!”

“My phlebotomist Summer was so kind and accommodating. I am pretty scared of getting my blood drawn and faint easily and both her and the other employee were really understanding and kind. The check in couldn’t have been easier and the street it’s at is so nice. Plus you can wait outside and relax before they call you in. I’ll be returning!”

“I walked in around 7:30am and check-in at the kiosk. Less than 2 minutes my name was called by a friendly receptionist. After all the paperwork has been taken care, I was asked to wait until a lab technician to call my name. I waited about 10 minutes, then a woman named Marta came out and greeted me with a beautiful smile and brought me back to the station to draw my blood. She carefully verified my personal information and continued talking to me in a casual conversation to calm me down (I still got nervous although I have done this many times). So we talked and laughed while she’s drawing my blood.I can tell she’s very experienced and professional! I want to go back to her next time if that’s possible.”

“I'm on vacation and my doctor back home randomly requested some updated bloodwork. After looking up nearby Labcorp locations I was a bit freaked out by the reviews I was seeing, especially when it came to long waits and rude staff. Fortunately, I had a relatively pain free experience here and was in and out in under 30 minutes without an appointment! I stopped in on a Friday around 8AM and admittedly the awaiting room was pretty packed. I signed in on the ipads and was told there was a 30+ minute wait. What's nice is they told me I could wait in my car and they'd text me when my turn was up. After around 30 minutes I popped back inside to see where I was in line. Imagine this - I was polite and friendly to the front desk staff and they were friendly right back! Not having an attitude goes a long way. 2 minutes later I was taken to the back and had one of the fastest and easiest blood draws of my life. Everyone was friendly along the way. Anything medical that involved waiting can be awful, but being nice to the staff led to them being nice right back to me. Only docking a point because the waiting room is worse than a DMV in terms of comfort. I felt taken care of and was basically in and out without much hassle and without an appointment on a busy morning.”

“Quest sent me here after hours of waiting in the Daly city and SF office. I wish I would have come here first. No waiting!! The people were really nice and helpful. Again, super fast and friendly.”

“I've been coming here for 28 years. I actually go out of my way to come here even when it's out of the way. They get the job done, even when things are challenging. Results come back fast.”

“I was a walk-in (no appointment), got there right when they opened and waited about an hour, which I thought was pretty good. The phlebotomist was friendly, efficient, and got my vein on the first poke and I barely felt it. One of the best blood draws I've had. She was excellent!”

“Hospitals. It's often easy to find out what is wrong... so I understand harsh reviews. They are useful & that's great because there is the ability to improve! Mills has been around for a long time- and yet it is modern, tech-savvy and the doctors and nurses work as a team. Our stay is at Christmas-time. The most heart-wrenching ‍time to be here. However, we have been happily surprised at the willingness to find out what is REALLY wrong. We are here for a cardiac issue, that means a BP check every 2 hours... that means lights on at 2am and 4am etc, with questions and possibly consultations. The staff and Docs are great! We appreciate their diligence and thoroughness. The meals are hot, tasty and well-prepared + big variety on menu. Delivered in about 30 minutes / or preorder. The Room is super clean and comfortable. I was invited to stay with my hubby- wow, a bed was made up for me! Variety oof rooms, clearly marked with cautions like "fall hazard" marked on the door. Nurse / doctor names are marked on a white board so changes are easy to see. I am so grateful that everyone explains what they are doing, in a courteous and thoughtful way. I am confident they will figure out the issues, but while that is on-going he is resting peacefully. this is the best place for him to be, safe and calm. Thanks Mills, it's our first time here, and you are super stars.”

“I don’t understand the 1 star .I love that I don’t have to go downtown to get my labs drawn and the phlebotomists that draws my blood always get it in the first stick instead of the 2-3 that I am used to .I get my results the same day too !”

“After a traumatic experience getting a blood draw for my 2 year at a lab, our doctor recommended an at home Appt. I had no idea where to go and I happened to speak with the scheduler at Bay PLS and she eased my mind. She said they had an experienced tech who had extensive experience with children. My wife and I were very nervous but the whole thing went amazingly. No tears, no drama and over in an instant. The techs name was Martin and he was fantastic. We will definitely be using this place again in the future!”

“Recently went to AHF for a general check up and my first experience with the AHF team was great! Their staff is knowledgeable, caring and responsive... they went above and beyond by getting me scheduled quickly. I was a bit unsure about going because I'm not Poz and there are some bad reviews for related locations. Neither concern amounted to anything... the reviews are from individuals who have a political bone to pick with AHF - but (sounds like) never received care from the team... do yourself a favor and ignore them. While they specialize in working with folks who are Poz (HIV+) or seeking preventative care, they'll accept non-Poz patients too. My understanding is they'll see patients without regard to ability to pay and while waiting I heard the staff working with patients to make sure they have access to every available resource that might help them. Bummed that the office is only open Weds and Fridays, but the friendly team more than makes up for any stars I'm inclined to knock off for that. Bottom line - the AHF team is a great community resource - they deserve some Yelp love!”

“Quest diagnostic was great. Walked in close to 10am Thursday morning, no appointment checked in. The wait time is over an hour, nine people ahead that had appointment, i was seen in less than 15 minutes..”

“Drug screening hours 1:00pm to 3:30pm, Mon thru Fri. Making appointment is highly recommended! Otherwise, it would be very difficult to squeeze in due to high demand. The staff there is very professional and straightforward. As long as you follow the rule, have an appointment, and be patient, you would be treated respectfully. It did take quite some time to get the sample collection done as there were multiple steps involved before the real deal. On-premise parking is limited but you can easily find street parking. I tried not to park at the nearby strip mall or hotel/restaurant.”

“Dr Lorne is a star. He's patient, kind, insightful, and has helped guide me in getting the best care for previous injuries and my overall well-being. It's because of him I continue to go to Sutter health even after the move. He's also funny, which is an added bonus. Have recom him to family and friends.”

“I was surprised to see so many negative comments because our experience using this company was anything but terrible. We were so happy with how quick, inexpensive, and thorough the process was. We did bill through insurance but Invitae made it so easy for us. We just wish there were more genetic counselors on staff. ”
