I took a watch in today to get resized. It’s a Breitling Navitimer with a notoriously difficult bracelet to adjust. I had taken it to a jeweler in San Francisco, Elite Fine Jewelry, who took 5 days to adjust my watch. And didn’t do it correctly. They said the half links could not be removed. Leaving me with a slightly too large watch.
I was in Burlingame and decided to see if Topper could assist. When I walked into the stor I was warming greeted, offered a beverage, and introduced to an associate (I’m terrible with names and can’t remember hers) who could assist me. We confirmed that I needed a half link removed which the associate said would not be a problem. 5-10 minutes later the watch was back on my wrist with the half link removed!
Topper earned a future customer in me when I’m ready to make my next purchase. If you’re in the market for a new watch, I can not recommend them enough!”

“Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.”

“[Note: cash only!] Peter Lee was great - pleasant, competent, and professional. Went to get the battery replaced and get a new watchband for my wife's treasured old watch. Peter was able to take care of this as soon as I came in. As it turned out, the old battery had started to leak, but he was able to clean it up (no extra charge). He replaced the watchband, putting the original clasp on the watchband (so the watch wouldn't lose the value). He even punched some extra holes in the watchband (my wife's wrist is very small) - no extra charge for that either. All done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended!”

I’d just married the love of my life and was looking for a wedding band that would meet my expectations but was adamant on purchasing at Swarovski. The young woman (Jessica) was absolutely delightful. She knew EVERYTHING from the products to what was new and interesting to share and I didn’t feel any pressure. As soon as I felt like she was genuine I asked about the ring selection. She shared what metals and quality of the rings. Then I asked if there were any solid white gold which was more my preference. I love being passionate employees! In conclusion I showed my husband and I spent the pretty penny that really quality comes with. It’s my birthday tomorrow so she also gave me the travel bag gift as well as a box of chocolates which was the absolute sweetest of her.If you are in search of someone with exceptional customer service and stunning jewelry, look for Jessica at Swarovski. I seriously hope that she is not just a borrowed employee from another location because I would follow her just to give her the commission if they earn that working there. “Kind of wish they had some type of rewards program, but overall very consistent and welcoming environment every time I’ve had the opportunity to shop. I go to best collateral and they have a rewards program so I find it weird that others don’t utilize this method.

“Went in and asked if my watched could be fixed. the man behind the counter was nice, told me It only needed a simple piece. He replaced it in about 6-8 minutes and only charged $15. Saved a precious watch of mine.”
