The young woman (Jessica) was absolutely delightful. She knew EVERYTHING from the products to what was new and interesting to share and I didn’t feel any pressure. As soon as I felt like she was genuine I asked about the ring selection. She shared what metals and quality of the rings. Then I asked if there were any solid white gold which was more my preference. There was a band that was exactly what I was looking for. 14k white golds with diamonds with the specific grade and clarity I was looking for especially because she was able to answer in a heartbeat.
