“Like many other reviewers here, I had my car, a Tesla Model 3, rear window smashed on a night out in SF. The team here was able to vacuum and replace it all within an hour and charged a very reasonable amount. The owner even shared a few tips on how to prevent these incidents in the future. I highly recommend this place!”
“Great experience, Ryan was top notch communicator and executed the replacement in one day. Called him, he called back, scheduled it 1 hour later, done that same day. This was key as a rain storm was heading my way. Thank you”

The guys at Palo Alto Bimmer worked their magic, crisis averted! Thank you! Going forward, I will be having my 435i serviced here exclusively!”

“These guys are amazing and do great work at CARSTAR Chilton. They kelp me updated with the progress and the timeline. I didn’t have to call once. If anyone asks me for a referral to an auto shop, I’ll be sending them here.”
“Best in town. They have fixed multiple cars for me before. Their shop is located at a very good location in Burlingame. Very reasonable price as well and the service is really good here. My new car got a rock chip on the way home after I picked it up. But they were able to take us in right away without an appointment and they got everything fixed under 15 mins! Highly recommended if you're looking for a windshield repair place in the peninsula.”
“It is an excellent place to change your car glass ? the owner is always willing to help you, personally I have to thank her for her good work I recommend it to ?”
“Top notch service. No reason to use anyone else. Fast response and were able to replace within 48 hours. Handled insurance for me. Pros came to the house to replace. Took roughly an hour. And the glass installed is top notch. Some instances you want/need OEM glass which they did. Ask them about OEM vs aftermarket if you don't know what this means.”
“I switched my insurance claim to Triple Ace after an annoying experience with another installer. Brian and his team did a great job, and had my back window replaced within the day. I'd use them again any time.”
“I have had repairs done to many of my cars in different countries. George took in my Ford Mustang 2020 GT500 Shelby which had many little marks from either people tapping me in car parks or me driving into low areas of pavements. He only had the car for one week and it has been returned looking like new. He sent me many photos along the way to show that he had stripped it down so that I am confident that it has maintained its value as a rare muscle car. George is a super guy and even charged me less than the original quote. A first for me. He is definitely the best in the area. Thank you for the wonderful work and for taking care of my treasured asset.”
“Updates of the repair were very well communicated and delivered before the expected date. They did an amazing job in restoring my vehicle from the collision damages! Thanks to Javier and Team!Services: Painting”
“Went in for a catalytic converter install. Service was fast, and they put in some excellent welds. Even went as far as to fix the bad welds from the previous install.”
“They are top notch, i've come here 10 plus times and everytime rafael greets me with a smile and doesnt push you to anything extra. They tinted my Tesla Model S in ceramic tints all around and as always did a perfect job. Thanks!”

“Fantastic service from Carlos and the team. We had to urgently fix our BMW and the team adapted their work schedule to turn this around in a short time period (which ended up being even less that the time estimated by them too). This is the second time we have used Chilton and the quality and service is amazing. Thank you again Chilton team, we really appreciated your speed and quality of work last month.”
“excellent experience. Everyone was helpful, patient and thorough. I've been trying to get the Volvo dealer to help with my windshield leak and these guys solved the problem! thanks”

“They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.”
