“Jesse first spent 1/12 hr stretching my carpet in various places getting rid of those ugly bubbles and flattening out the the rug’s appearance. Then he cleaned it getting rid of many ugly stains and blending the colors together. The cleaning solution they use is remarkable , non toxic and sucks up all of dirt which has accumulated. And dries in only hours. Hats off to Jesse for Great job.

“Nancy at Abbey Floors in San Mateo provides true customer service - something you just don't see anymore in a business. We have her handle all our flooring/carpets and she has been amazing. Recently, when one of our floors began to have problems (manufacturer issue) and the manufacturer refused to take responsibility, Nancy stepped in and worked it out. You can't put a price on great customer service and you don't realize how important it is until you need it. Thank you!!A very grateful customer”
“I highly recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor in Menlo Park, in particular John Christianson, if you want the highest level of customer service and assistance. He is extremely knowledge regarding all the flooring and will quickly pull out the best ones to match your needs; this saves tons of time from weeding through all the samples. He is always positive and patient and will answer all your questions and always responds quickly to calls and emails. I am particular and need to spend time exploring all the possibilities, so having a salesperson like John is a treasure. Also; the store is excellent and has a very large variety of flooring to choose from in addition to carpets; such as vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, etc.”
“I was desperate to have my wool carpets professionally cleaned. I called Medallion Rug Gallery and spoke with Sami. He assured me they could assist me. They were able to schedule a time with me to pick up my rugs in Marin and were amazing at moving all of my furniture to do so. Additionally, they returned the clean rugs in a timely manner and again, carefully moved all of the furniture back in place.I cannot say enough about how professional and competent Sami is to work with. He was very fair, communicative and always professional. He was happy to make sure everything went smoothly. His staff was eager to assist as well.If you are looking for to work with a professional in the rug business who takes the time to make sure your needs are met, then Sami at Medallion Rug Gallery is the person to contact. When I need to purchase rugs in the future, I will be contacting Sami for assistance.”
“Wow, I cannot begin to describe how great their service was! We discussed what size and type of design I liked ahead of time. Then they came to my house with a bunch of different options to help me decide which would look best in the space.
And later on, when my dog had an accident on a different rug of mine they were able to come pick it up immediately and get it cleaned before it stained!”
