“This rating is for one employee at this Home Depot's Customer Service Center. Ariel was handling my issue regarding an important lost item. He contacted the Lost and Found Department by phone and had to wait for a response. Almost 15 min later, no one from L & F called. He called again and waited maybe 5 min, when he decided to check on the issue himself. I told him I would be in the the garden seed packet section of the store for a bit and then come back. Another 10 or 15 min later, he rushed up to me (apparently he had been looking for me) to let me know that L & F did not have my missing item - but he assured me that EVERY section of 'The Vault' was searched, and that he was very sorry. My strong impression of Ariel was that he was kind, understanding, and caring. I have not had that kind of service at Home Depot in a long time, but it was good to know there ARE good people there, despite the greedy upper mucky-mucks controlling how the business is managed.”

“Eugene and his son were amazing to work with! Wish we had known about them when we did our bathroom remodel. The vision of our kitchen was pretty blurry at the start but Eugene worked with us to find great products to form the basis of the design and helped us to find quality materials to finish the project off. So grateful for all the help they provided Tuesday after Tuesday while our kids were in hula class :) (Thank you both for being a great local supplier for us with competitive prices!)”

“If your gli g to replace your counters or redo your kitchen or bath this place has the best selection of granite, marble, quartz, cabinets, showers, faucets, man everything. Plus there are contractors in the parking lot and store that van assist you with installation.”
“When me and my family went here to purchase a Christmas tree the staff was very sweet, along with attentive to the needs of the consumer (: The tree was also so cheap given for what the time of year entails for prices! I would highly recommend shopping at Home Depot all year round!”

“We had been to several tile stores and could not find what we wanted. We went the Artistic Tile and Stone and found the styles, colors and trim. We were so impressed with how much they knew in calculating the amount needed, the grout etc. Daniel helped us as well as Cynthia. I HIGHLY recommend them as your first, and last stop when looking for tile.”
