“I probably have veen to every tile showroom in the Bay Area, but the selection and service at AT&S has been exceptional. Unhappy with the designer that came with my Design & Build Contractor, I called AT&S one day to ask if there is a designer at the showroom that can help with tile selection for my bathroom. I setup an appointment with Cynthia, not knowing she was the owner. I was skeptical initially, but oh my, she has decades of experience in this industry, so much passion for design, color, and an abundance of patience and empathy. She doesn’t take ’no’ for an answer - when I had some problems with one of the tiles, she called the manufacturer several times and ensured that I got what I wanted. Everyone in the store is really friendly and helpful. I probably drove everyone crazy at this store, and it’s a surprise that they still tolerate me?”

“Everyone’s probably been here 100 times and 95% of the time it’s usually fine. However this particular visit required extensive planning, design revising, and attention to detail ordering several custom windows. Soé in the window department went above and beyond spending several hours with us making sure everything was correct and even postponing his lunch & break to accommodate. It’s hard to find service like this nowadays and because of this I’ll come back just for him.”
