“Had an accident last week. Decided to find an auto body shop near my home so that I could walk home after dropping off my car. Searched Yelp, and this shop along with a few other ones came up. Although this shop had perfect ratings, I noticed the reviews were not recent and less than 10. So I went to another shop nearby because it had more reviews though not so perfect ratings. Well, did not have a good experience. I was suggested to replace many parts. When I said no to some of the parts, the owner was quite unhappy. He was also very reluctant to give a quote. Finally, he agreed to send us an email with quote but also said it could go much higher. Cannot afford to waste more time there. I decided to give this shop a try considering it had perfect scores from all the reviewers and not even one angry customer. When I arrived, Victor came out and greeted me warmly. I asked for an estimate right away. He checked the car and used a tool to fix my car door. My driver side door cannot be opened when I arrived. He fixed it without knowing if I would have my car fixed at his shop. I was pleasantly surprised. I told him which parts I would like replaced and which parts I would need him to help fix. He was very understanding and accommodating. He then gave me a quoted range. He promised me it would not go higher than the quoted range. He also promised me he would deliver the car on Friday. I was very impressed with Victor's straightforwardness and confidence in price and time of delivery, I decided not to waste time to look for another shop considering the price he gave was quite reasonable. So last Friday, I went to pick up my car. The car was parked in front of the shop waiting for me. The paint was flawless. My car was like a new car. Victor even cleaned the inside of my car for me. The other shop suggested to have my hood replaced because of a dent. Victor somehow smoothed it and painted over it. It was almost invisible. I was very pleased with the work they did. Victor asked me how I found his shop. I told him via Yelp. Victor then asked if I could write a review. I promised him I would. So here it is, my first Yelp review.”

“My car battery died and sent out a service request for help through AAA. The original ETA was 45 min but they got there within 30 min. Jose was incredibly helpful and nice to work with. He ran diagnostics and showed me the report as it happened. I was given the option of jumping the car or he is a 'one stop shop' where he could put in a new battery for me. Hell yah! He replaced my battery and took the old one for $221. It has a 3 year warranty through AAA so if anything happens they will change it out for free. I may have paid more than taking it into a shop but it's worth every penny for the convenience. Plus, Jose was so awesome that I felt very comfortable with him taking over. I drove away without any worries. Thank you so much!”
