“I have lived here for about two years. The property is well maintained. Staff are helpful and repairs can be finished within one or two days. The only problem is that parking spots are really small.”

Especially Shellie Marshall is very passionate and professional. Without her help, our family could not move in here far from Korea. Jefferson at Carmel Mountain Ranch is located very convenient and accessible place to most shop like trader joe's, Ralphs, Marshall, Best Buy, Home depot, Costco, Barnes & Noble's, Movie theater, and so many stores. I play water activity with my children and walk around near the apartment every day. I appreciate Jefferson at Carmel Mountain Ranch and its people for giving my family a small, happy daily life.”

I love how you are central to everything in San Diego, as well as being very close to the freeway and lots of shopping (target, home goods, trader joes) my most favorite thing about promenade would be our landlord Shannon. She is very responsive, kind and accommodating. She has made my 3 years living here enjoyable which is very important living somewhere. The landlord usually makes or breaks your living situation but SHANNON IS 10/10 hands down one of the best landlords in san diego! thank you Promenade!”

“One bedroom one bathroom apartment 650 square feet, granite counter tops, wood laminate flooring and nine-foot-high ceiling throughout. Easterly facing picture windows are eight ft. by nine ft., especially desirable to morning people as the sunrises. All units are impeccably maintained, and response times for requests are appropriate. Management by Royal Property Management professionals with integrity, fair, reliable and consistent, friendly and conscientious good people. The unit, a one bedroom with full size bathtub, two walk in closets, (bowling alley and standard). Leasing and moving in, very easy, even during the pandemic. Every aspect of our experience here is deserving of five stars, and I do recommend it to anyone who asks. Five of five stars at all times. Best wishes and special thanks to the management and staff.”
“I have lived at Hourglass Park Apartments for three years now and I really enjoy the atmosphere which includes nice amenities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, pickleball courts, laundromat and an off street assigned parking space). The grounds are beautiful; the units are well maintained and comfortably equipped. Located close to freeways, shops, schools, restaurants, and a movie theater.
Then considering the greater San Diego rents, they are reasonably priced.
The staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests and does their due diligence to get the work done. Sometimes vendors lag, but onsite staff is always quick to respond.
This is a safe and comfortable place to live.”
