This store has completely turned around! The manager, Leo, is new- not sure if that’s the reason for the turn-around but I’m definitely making this my go-to ATT store because of how easy they made everything.

I continue to be impressed with AT&T's standards of customer service. Omar was a great representative who left me feeling more like a person than just a customer. I can say the same thing for most of the staff I've met at the downtown Broadway location

They had the doors closed, yet, I enjoy AT&T profoundly. They offer a prepaid deal at $35.00 a month.
