I called in and had questions about unlimited data for internet. I believe the ladies name was Rema. not sure I spelled that correctly. but she was very quick and had the answers I was looking for and the call was less than 5 minutes. very helpful and thorough

Jay is an incredible person. He helped me today for an hour and a half, being gentle and lighting up the mood while we tried to sort out the problems I was facing (which was totally my fault!).
