Unfortunately, we had not been able to get any feedback over the last two months about a rebate. I went in today and Carlos was extremely helpful. “Spectrum is awesome, sometimes have to wait for help but that’s every business everywhere. If you want reliable internet at a decent price spectrum is the best in San Diego period. Best bang for your buck, int and mobile promo $59.99 for 300mbs int and Verizon cell coverage! How do you beat that? Yes I’ll wait as long as it takes cause once everything was set up right I’ve never had a better provider. Thanks spectrum, don’t listen to the petty people out there, they are impatient and don’t understand how technology works. Enjoy! Look at the max price for everywhere cox $140 for that, tmobile home internet on cell phone data is $50 but no cell phone and throttled internet. You will not find a more well rounded company.”

“I went back to this Tmobile this past wek and once again was assited by Julio. I was able to get the Samsung S24 plus for a reasonable price. The reason that I had to pay was due to the fact, that there was another line which has the S23 that I am still paying on. However Julio was upfront with the situation and was able to get the deal done. By the way the S24 plus is worth it. And besides that in less than six months the S23 will be paid for and my bill will drop significantly and the S 24 plus will be literally be paid for as well. Julio was very professional and pleasant. He was able to assist me in paying the payment arrangement that was set up. The only thing I would recommend to have an payment machine, so that you can make an payment without checking in with a customer representative. Or waive the five dollar fee. Especially if you are a veteran. Or have them ask a customer. Other than that only had to wait five minutes, which was very good.”

Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. They were able to help us get our equipment up and running (we are remote to the location) quickly and clearly understood everything that was going on. They have never made me doubt my decision to try them.”

“Had so much trouble since sep 14 due to for I guess purpose of a metro PCs man to sell a phone screwed my TMobile service then TMobile blocked and lacked my service leaving me unable to use my cell, 5 hours stuck arguing at metro trying to get my TMobile service back the man told me he couldn't do it, now I been trying to remember the pin to open the cell but I totally forgot, TMobile is out of service and I never asked that idiot to do that I own new cell from metro I bought 2 weeks before get the TMobile that was my purpose to get the metro cell back in service not transfer service but TMobile lacked me out thanks”
