Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. “T-Mobile had phones and customer help in this store. It is a privately owned store, not owned by T-Mobile. This means when there is a physical giveaway through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, you can not pick up the item at this location. The nearest location to pick the freebies is the one on Sports Arena Blvd. The staff here is if friendly and helpful, though.”
“I recently got a new iPhone and for about a week I was struggling to login into my iCloud due to not remembering my password and not being able to reset it, I even went to the Apple Store but they didn’t help. As a was leaving the mall I saw a T-mobile store so I decided to go in and give it one last shot to see if somebody could help me. I was very fortunate to run into John he has great costumer service skills, he was very helpful and patient, after multiple attempts he was able to reset my password and I can use my phone again. Thanks John.”

Staff is very friendly and have extrodinary patient with all customers...First and foremost I been with t-mobile for about 10 years now and every upgrade I have went to this location... But what really stood out was the employee Jo Jo... I take my mom here because she was having trouble with her phone (she was downloading stuff she should not have downloaded) and Jo Jo not only was very kind but never gave attitude, we went almost 4 or 5 time within a week 😂 and everytime they treated my mom with the upmost RESPECT.. We never felt rushed or/and never felt like a bother...Jo Jo took care of her and overall was super friendly... “Due to a recent merger, I contacted All Roads to cancel one of our 2 satellite phones as the new company was consolidating equipment. Zach was so helpful and able to quickly provide me the information I needed to cancel the line. Being a small mineral exploration company, All Roads satellite service has been a great asset to us for a number of years, especially in remote areas of rural Nevada and providing a sense of security to our field staff and contractors. Their service and monthly costs are reasonable. I would not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. Thank you for providing such reliable service.”
“I can't say enough good things about Andrew Torralba, mobile expert at the T-Mobile 5th & Broadway store. I came in yesterday during a really tough moment — I had just been released and my watch was literally the only device I had on me. Andrew spent almost an hour patiently working to get it activated, never rushing me and never giving up until it worked.
Then today I had to come back because I still couldn't get my phone released, and Andrew stepped up again. He found me the best possible deal so I could actually have a phone to use, and he even refunded a fee I'd been charged at a different location. He went above and beyond in every way.

“Cristian provides an outstanding level of customer service. He worked out an amazing upgrade deal on our four Pixel phones and two LTE watches. He is very knowledgable and put a lot of thought and expertise into tuning the plans and combining rebates and deals to maximize our user experience and save money.
I was also impressed Christian answered some detailed technical questions I had about the LTE watch integration that I thought I'd have to look up.
I've been with Verizon over 13 years and happily drive out of my way to Caramel Mountain for this level of service. Very complex set of changes, but smoothest upgrade experience I've had yet.
