Downtown Works provides me with an awesome space when I have business downtown. As someone who works remotely in Oceanside but attend many events downtown, the space is very close to the train station and offers all the amenities one would need with a co-working space.

I started working out of the Little Italy location a few weeks ago and it has been a great decision.
