Hours: Dreams for Change is an organization that offers innovative and cost-effective programs to help families and individuals overcome the challenges of homelessness and poverty. Our solutions empower and stabilize their lives. In 2010, we founded the first congregant Safe Parking program to assist people who were living in their vehicles. Since then, we have expanded our programs to include Safe Sleeping, Dreams' Cuisine Workforce Training, Food Distribution, and Free Tax Preparation for those who qualify.
