They were awesome, very helpful. As a PT, walking 10,000+ steps, 10-hour shifts in a hospital, my narrow toe-boxes have been hurting my ankles and feet. Time for the toes to splay per natural biomechanical engineering humans are born with.....I'll be back for another pair soon enough
