Employees are described as friendly, helpful, courteous, and as warriors juggling many tasks, though some are still learning the layout. Staff are noted for having a great and positive attitude, going out of their way to help with returns and find what is needed, which brings a big smile to many faces. The experience is generally nice, making it America's tool store for an unbeatable value.
This store is AWESOME! Everyone was so helpful. Shout out to Joy who checked me out. Their staff are knowledgable and friendly. I love my new tree trimmer. The prices beat Home Depot and Lowes. This is my new favorite store for buying tools for the home. Dumb name but great store!!!
