I had a very frustrating morning with 611 metro PCs, I was ready to throw my phone away, until Isabella at metro pcs on college Ave was able to get me through my issues and fix my phone, all while serving multiple customers. Multitasking at its finest. Gracias Isabella. Lawrence Harris.

Isabella helped out getting me a new phone not once but twice after damaging it. Answered all my questions so I knew exactly what I'm purchasing. She's very knowledgeable and super great at multitasking. Thank you metro and thank you Isabella for a great experience.

Went to purchase a new phone there it was very busy but the gentlemen working there was extremely helpful and courteous and let me know he would be right with me. Also offered me water. Great customer service
